A nevelési területek közül is kiemelt fontossággal bír az egészséges életmódra nevelés.  Különösen fontos ez napjainkban, amikor tanulóink egészségét a mozgáshiány, az elhízás, a növekvő stressz mellett a szabadabb (sokszor szabadosságba átcsapó) szexuális élet következményei veszélyeztetik.
